I met Guerrino through a friend, who recommended that I see him after a surfing accident a few years ago. He was great and super knowledgeable. I followed him to his new practice because having an active life, at least for me, means regular PT. We’ve been through sprained ankles, dislocated ribs, a sprained neck, muscle tears, and several knee surgeries.

I like that he has a personal trainer background, so he understands and appreciates getting back to an active lifestyle. He and his amazing staff get me back out there time and time again. I also really enjoy the atmosphere in the office. It’s really professional but at the same time I’m catching up with friends. It’s super welcoming. I wouldn’t go anywhere else, and if he decided to move to Providence I would make the commute.

I first met Guerrino when he began treating my daughter for knee pain. Even upon the initial evaluation I knew she was in good hands and would be expertly treated while still allowing her to continue activities. Since then, we followed Guerrino to Form and Function and he has treated all of my family including myself. He is truly an expert in his field and can confidently treat any injury. Within 1-2 visits you will see positive results and feel better. The team at Form and Function are truly remarkable. Not only are you scheduled right away, but you are made to feel extremely comfortable right from the start. Treatment is personal and individualized for your specific needs. Everyone is caring and professional and at no time will you ever feel just a number. Highly recommend this practice. Great results in a timely fashion with a wonderful staff.

Form and Function gave me back a year of my life. I was a freshman in high school when I dislocated my shoulder in the spring and required major surgery. The odds of me even being able to step on the field for my sophomore year of football were slim to none, even with exceptional care. Clearly, Form and Function is well above exceptional, as they saved my season and got me back on the field having only missed 3 games. The atmosphere was more of the same, with a welcoming staff and an easy environment to work in. The attention to detail was incredible. All my questions were answered, and all my fears resolved. It’s safe to say that if I’m ever unlucky enough to require PT again, I’m lucky enough to be able to return here. 10/10.

I 100% recommend Form & Function. My daughter has been treated after 2 knee surgeries and soon will be back after another big surgery. I wanted a PT that would provide a personal approach. I wanted one physical therapist to oversee her care, not a different person each visit like we have experienced in the past. I did not want my daughter to be just a nameless patient in a big room with rotating PT aides caring for her.

They offered everything we were looking for. Guerrino is extremely knowledgeable at what he does, he is tough when he needs to be, but laid back, fun and approachable too. He knows his patients and their personalities which really helps when managing their therapy and their pain. He listens to his patients’ description of pain level and he knows how and when to adjust therapy accordingly. He also knows when to tell them they have to power through even if it hurts. You get the personalized attention you need which is really important in any physical recovery.

My daughter feels extremely comfortable with Guerrino and his Aid, Michelle. Go meet them. You won’t be disappointed.

Highly recommend. Guerrino has been my PT for elbow injury and ruptured lumbar disc. He knows his stuff, gives clear guidance for recovery, and educates his patients to better understand their injuries in order to get them back to doing the activities they love.
